Today we have made another donation from dormant funds to The Christie Bloods Closer to Home Campaign, this time it is £1342.70. This is in addition to the £9809 donated a couple of weeks ago.
The Bloods Closer to Home service allows cancer patients to have the crucial blood tests, prior to each treatment session, done closer to home so they don’t have to endure more travel to the Christie Centres than needed.
Dormant funds are where we cant trace clients to return funds to them, despite using every method to search for them, we then get permission from the SRA to donate these funds to charity. These particular donations come from historical Hague Lambert matters dating back many many years.
