When a relationship breaks down and there are children involved, it is important to protect them
from any fallout.
As a parent you will want to put your children’s needs first so we encourage you to reach a solution amicably between you and your partner. We can help you negotiate with the other parent, so that you can agree where the children will live and any contact arrangements as well as schooling and when or how they are taken abroad.
Mediation is often a first step, where a mediator will meet with you and your ex-partner to help you try and resolve any issues.
Unfortunately though not all couples are able to reach an amicable agreement so you may have to start court proceedings. We will be with you every step of the way, advising you, preparing your case and representing you in court.
