About me:

My name is Lily and work within the New Business team. We work with all three of our offices for both the Residential Conveyancing Department and our Tax, Trusts, and Estates Department, reporting into Partner and Practice Director Gail Carberry.

My role involves taking the initial enquiries, and from the details given by the clients or Estate Agent (on behalf of the client),  I help with providing quotes. These quotes allow the clients to make fully informed decisions on utilising our services.

Once the client agrees with the cost and wants to go ahead, I then produce and send out all the documentation they will need. For our Tax, Trust, and Estates team, this begins with arranging an initial meeting on the Solicitor’s behalf. For our Residential Conveyancing department, I also carry out ID and anti-money laundering checks before the file is then passed to their dedicated conveyancer, ready to go.

When I’m not at work:

Outside of work, I enjoy pole fitness and travelling the world as much as I can.
