About me:
My role is to ensure that as a firm we comply with the Solicitors Regulation Authority’s Code of Conduct. This means making sure that we have procedures in place that allow our staff to deliver the highest levels of service to our clients, taking into account their individual needs and circumstances.
As operational manager, I focus on supporting staff and making sure that they receive regular training to enable them to understand and comply with regulatory changes as and when they occur. This in turn means that our clients receive up-to-date advice and guidance
As a firm we have the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme, the Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme Accreditations as well as the Family Law Accreditation. All of these are achieved by demonstrating that we reach the levels set by the Law Society and deliver a high quality service to our clients. They need to be applied for on an annual basis and part of my role is to work with the staff to maintain these standards.

When I’m not at work:
I enjoy walking the dogs in the Derbyshire countryside and spending quality time with my large family, being the youngest of 7. I have the great pleasure of being an Auntie and Great Auntie. A good laugh and catch up with friends is always a pleasure. I enjoy a trip to the cinema and to the theatre to see a musical, my favourite being The Lion King.
