Nor will we accept any notice of changes to your bank details sent by email. If you receive any emails of this
nature then please ring us on the telephone number set out in our letter headed paper (do not use any
telephone number set out in the email in question) to confirm the details. We will not be responsible for any
payments you make to the wrong bank account.
