About me:

I am a Solicitor in our Tax, Trusts & Estates Department which is headed up by Partner Rick Bunch

I qualified as a Solicitor in September 2021, after gaining a Law Degree from Sheffield Hallam University, and completing the Legal Practice Course and obtaining a Masters in Legal Practice from the University of Sheffield. I now advise on preparing Wills and Lasting powers of attorney, and deal with Tax, Trusts and Estates.

I appreciate that the legal process can be daunting for many clients, and therefore am on hand to provide advice in a caring and supportive manner, that is easy to understand.

When I’m not in work:

In my spare time, I am a qualified group leader at the local Girls’ Brigade youth group. I arrange skills and creativity based badge work and monitor the progress of a group of girls aged 11- 18. I am also an Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Friend. I am an active member of the Vintage Sports Car Club and often attend trials and hill climbs both as a competitor and spectator. I also enjoy walking in the Derbyshire Hills around my home in High Peak. When at home I love to bake – anything from focaccia to fairy cakes.

My top tips:

It costs nothing to be kind

It’s never to early to make a Will
