About me:

My name is Sophie and I look after the new business element in our Residential Conveyancing Department, at our Wilmslow office, and report into Partner and Practice Director Gail Carberry.

My role involves taking the initial enquiries and from the details given by the clients or Estate Agent (on behalf of the client) I produce quotes, these then allow them to make fully informed decisions on utilising our services.

Once the client agrees the cost and wants to go ahead, I then produce and send out all the documentation they will need to instruct us and I also carry out ID and anti-money laundering checks before the file is then passed to their dedicated conveyancer, ready to go.
