The team regularly acts for landlords and tenants on commercial lease work and disputes; and it also handles commercial property investment sales and purchases; commercial and residential development acquisitions; and secured lending and re-mortgaging transactions. It advised the trustees of the Fleming Group SIPP and Investique Ltd on their joint acquisition of a new-build office building on the outskirts of Wilmslow. Svenska Handelsbanken AB is also a client.
