Relationship breakdown – how to get through the Christmas holidays

Being together for Christmas, spending more tome together than usual and all of the associated financial pressure can sometimes lead to a relationship breakdown, and many couples decide that separation at this time is for the best for them, and if they have them, their children.

You might be using the Christmas break to reassess your life and work out what you want to do, a New Year and a new start? Or you may have been told by your spouse or partner that they want to break up with you.
